February to May

June to August
During the summer months in Playa del Carmen the weather is hot and humid. The humidity rises so afternoons are very warm and muggy. The best place to be is at the beach or by a cenote. There is some rainfall in the afternoon and evenings, but rarely lasts more then an hour. The nights do not get much cooler so if you are on the beach keep your windows open

November to January
November through January are the coolest months in Playa del Carmen, which means it is warm and sunny during the day and cool and breezy in the evenings.
